Our Learn to Knit kits are created with the absolute beginner in mind. Never held knitting needles? No problem! This kit is for you!
Everyone’s first project in knitting focuses on learning and practicing the knit stitch. We chose an Earwarmer for our beginner kit because it’s a quick project that helps you build the skills you need to knit independently, but doesn’t require a huge time investment.
Knitstarter level:
0: Your first stitch starts here! Stitches come on your needles. No experience is needed.
Each kit includes:
A set of wood knitting needles and a tapestry needle
100% Merino Wool yarn (we use Malabrigo Rasta) with stitches cast-on for your project
Video tutorials for each step of the process, including lessons on:

Measuring your project
Binding-off
Finishing steps such as seaming, weaving in ends, and caring for your new item.
